Ingredients:
- 1 15.5 Ounce Can Chickpeas
- 1/4 Cup Tahini Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 Teaspoon each of Sea Salt, Cumin, and Red Pepper
- Olive (optional)
Directions:
Rinse chickpeas really well in a colander, add to saucepan and cover with spring water, bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Drain and reserve water in a bowl. Combine chickpeas with all the other ingredients in food processor. Mix till combined. Add a tablespoon or two of the reserved water, if you want hummus to be softer. Garnish with black olive and olive oil. Serve with bread of your choice.
