Homemade Granola Recipe

2 Cups Oatmeal / 162 g1/4 Cup Olive Oil / 53.2 g
1 Cup Dates, chopped / 150 g2 Eggs, beaten
1 1/2 Cup Walnuts, chopped / 225 g2 Tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
1 Cup Almonds / 150 g1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F / 150 C. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, except honey/Syrup. Spray cookie sheet with oil, smooth out mixture evenly, drizzle honey or syrup over top. Bake 35 minutes. When cooled, store in an airtight container.
